Wonderful stay near Petronas Towers
perfect location spacious room clean room kind attention
I found the location perfect. Petronas twin towers are so close to this building. The room was spacious and very clean. I appreciate the kind attention the staff shows, especially at the restaurant.
I found the gym equipment a bit dated, it works well enough.

The hotel benefits of very convenient location. Suria Klcc shopping mall is just a short walk away. I could easily visit the Petronas twin towers. There are many restaurants nearby.

stained bedding leaking tap
the front desk staff was professional. they were courteous as well, i suppose.
the room was not up to par. the bedding had suspicious stain marks on it, which wasn't great. also, the bathroom looked like it needed some serious help. the bath had rotten sealant around it and there were stray hairs. the basin tap leaked. i expected better.

charmed experience!
convenient location helpful staff tasty breakfast good variety
i stayed there for a week and i found the location very convenient. it was easy to walk to nearby cafes, the shopping mall, and the twin towers. the staff were helpful (especially esma and diana). the breakfast offered a good variety of options and was quite tasty.
The bathtub didn't seem very clean and the toilet bidet in my room was leaking slightly. also, the tv signal was a bit inconsistent. Sometimes it worked, sometimes it didn't.

the room was very nice and neat. the tv offered a fair choice of channels for entertainment. the room had all the necessary amenities.

i was very impressed by a staff member named mr maruf. he was polite and provided excellent service in the restaurant. his attentiveness really contributed to a charmed experience (i remember his smile!).
